Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

1 gallon Black Coffee
4 pounds Sugar
WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Place sugar in large bowl. Pour in Brandy and Rum. Set the liquid on fire and let the sugar dissolve. Pour in the black coffee and stir well.

After Eight
1/3 oz. Kahlua
1/3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1/3 oz. White Crème de Menthe
Mix and drink.

After Five

Carefully float each ingredient, in order, on top of each other by slowly pouring over the back of a bar spoon. Keep separated.
